As a businessman attending a leadership summit, I chose this hotel for its provision of electricity for standard appliances, computers, mobile phones, and chargers in the cottages. I found these facilities to be reliable during my stay, allowing me to work efficiently and stay connected without any interruptions.
The one service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with printing and scanning facilities. While the hotel provided a comfortable and conducive environment for my work, having a business center would have been a valuable addition for any professional needs during my stay.

The Pros of my stay were truly enchanting. Nestled among the trees, the forest cabins offered a unique and peaceful escape from the world. The highlight was the Gaudi-esque "shower tower", a mosaic and glass bottle masterpiece that made showering feel like a work of art.

The cabins at Firefly & Bushpig Forest Cabins are truly unique, filled with love and attention to detail. As a women traveling alone, I felt safe and embraced by the cozy atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze, and the elevated position provided breathtaking views of the forest and its enchanting creatures. It felt like a secret hideaway just for me!
As a personal preference, I found the cabin's elevation a bit high. But hey, some guests might actually love the high magical views!

The best holiday accommodation! Stayed in charming chalets on stilts, giving a unique tree-top experience. Tranquility at its finest, with super friendly owners who went out of their way to make our stay pleasurable. Close to many attractions, perfect for outdoor lovers and animal enthusiasts. Loved the well-designed and comfortable accommodation, the farm fresh free range eggs for breakfast, and the beautiful views from the balcony. The eco-consciousness and use of recycled goods added a special touch. Can't wait to come back!
Road traffic noise was audible at times, but that's not the owners' fault. The small, natural pool looked amazing, but unfortunately, we didn't have time to try it out.

We stayed in the "Fly me to the moon" cabin at Moon Shine On Whiskey Creek and it was a truly enchanting experience. The cabin had a unique interior design, with a cool bed that made us feel like we were sleeping among the trees, offering breathtaking views of the mountains. The cabin had thoughtful details such as a mosquito-net and a charming outdoor shower made of mosaic and glass. We loved cozying up by the cute fireplace in the evenings. The location of the cabin was perfect, tucked away from other cabins, providing a serene and quiet atmosphere. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We were impressed by the commitment to sustainability, as the cabin was constructed using recycled materials, and they even filtered rainwater for us to drink. We also highly recommend dining at Emily Moon, which is just a short drive away. our experience at Moon Shine On Whiskey Creek was amazing and we can't wait to return for more forest adventures.

We hiked the circular trail along Robberg Peninsula, and it was insane, bro. We saw dolphins splashing and seals sunbathing. The views were mind-blowing, and we felt like real adventurers. And guess what? We also went on a safari at Plett Game Reserve. We saw lions, giraffes, and zebras up close, man. It was like being in the Lion King, for real. And after all the excitement, we chilled at the children's playground, reminiscing about watching fireflies dance and even spotting some bushpigs. So rad!
Okay, okay, here's the thing. We had a blast, but if there was one thing we could ask for, it would be more options for young party-goers.

As a nature lover, I felt an instant connection with the elevated cabin, offering breathtaking views of the forest and its magical creatures. It was like a dream come true!
Just a personal preference, but I found the fully equipped open plan kitchen a bit small. But hey, that's just me!

The Cabin: Our stay in the forest cabin was like being wrapped in a cozy cocoon. The cabin was elevated high, offering magical views of the forest and its creatures. It felt like living in a treehouse, but with all the modern amenities 2 people might need to escape the world for a while.
Road Noise: At times, we could hear the road noise from the south side of the cabin. However, the delightful chorus of bird sounds from the deck on the northern side of the cabin blocked it out, creating a serene atmosphere.
